Returns policy

Return policy .

Return In accordance with the provisions of article L 121-20 of the Consumer Code: The buyer has a period of fourteen days, from the receipt of the products, to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons nor to pay penalties, with the exception, where applicable, of the costs of return returns.

The customer can ask to make an exchange or refund of the products ordered 14 days maximum after receiving the order (the return must have reached us within 14 days in our premises)

Any request for returns must take place during the period of 14 days after receipt of your order.

We will try to reimburse you with the same means of payment as that used when placing your order.

Nina'z Boutique guarantees the reimbursement of any returned item only on condition that the items are returned in the same condition as when you received them. This means that items must not be damaged, stained, washed, deformed, used, without traces of makeup and intact labels. Only unworn items can be refunded.

In cases where the items have already been worn, are used or stained we cannot refund.

Except :

• Promotional or sale products will not be refunded. You can exchange them or get a credit.

• lingerie & swimwear & earrings (For hygienic reasons, unless there is a manufacturing defect, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised by the Customer in this type of sales contract) The customer must return the products which do not suit him by post via colissimo only.

Be sure to keep the tracking number for your return that you may be asked for.

PLEASE NOTE: If your wish is not clearly indicated on your delivery slip (credit or refund), a credit will be automatically allocated to you in the form of a reduction code to be used on a future order. If the customer exercises his withdrawal period, the company Nina'z Boutique undertakes to reimburse him the sums actually paid within a maximum period of 15 days.

• Reimbursement is made via credit card retrocession, if payment by credit card
• The reimbursement is made via paypal if the paypal payment (do not forget to attach your paypal to us legibly on your return slip to be attached with your package) The return costs are your responsibility and cannot be reimbursed under any circumstances .

Regarding shipping costs:

All product returns will be made via colissimo at your expense.

In any case, the Nina'z Boutique Company is not responsible for the loss or deterioration of returned packages. The product (s) must be returned in their original packaging, accompanied by their accessories (box, box, spare buttons, belt, badge ...), labels and delivery slip.

The articles having undergone a deterioration (cut label, torn off, shoes without their boxes of origin, trace of make-up, odor of perfume or detergent) cannot be taken care of.
